Update: Monday, December 16

Mail service will resume on Tuesday, December 17. There will be a significant backlog, and you may not receive your mail until the new year.

Click here to learn how you can make your year-end donation for optimal impact.

Monday, November 25

Canada Post employees are currently on strike, halting mail service across the country. If you mailed a donation in in mid-November, we may not receive it till after the strike, and and if we mailed out your receipt in mid-November, it may also be delayed.

If you’ve donated online, rest assured you will receive your digital e-receipt as usual.

If you haven’t had a chance to give yet, here are three ways to ensure your support reaches us quickly:

Online

The fastest and most secure way to give, available 24/7.

Phone or Email

Call Kim at 1-866-529-0454 x283 or email donate@indwell.ca.

In Person

Donations can be dropped off at our main office, located at 1430 Main St. E., Hamilton.

For Large Donations

We request that you e-transfer via transfers@indwell.ca or call us to arrange delivery or pickup.

Please call or email us with any questions and we’ll be happy to help.

Your support builds more than homes — it builds a community of hope, health, wellness, and belonging. Thank you for walking alongside us and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most!
