Agents for Hope™ offers Realtors, mortgage brokers, and insurance agents a way to improve the lives of people in their communities through affordable housing with supports. As an Agent for Hope, you can pledge a designated portion from every sale to build affordable housing with Indwell for people experiencing homelessness and sub-standard housing.

You make a commitment to be an Agent for Hope for a minimum of one year.
You pledge that for every sale, you will donate a set amount or a percentage of your commission. We are hopeful that the amount can be a meaningful donation for you.
You can choose to give monthly based on the revenue you expect to raise over a year, after every sale, or annually. You choose what works best for you.
The funds you donate can be designated to the community of your choice or where most needed.
We are flexible, so let us know if you have other ways to integrate the program into your business.

Support and Recognition

Once you make your pledge, we’ll send you a welcome package with tools to help you promote your support of building new affordable housing in your community.

Indwell is pleased to recognize you on our website and through social media. We invite you to join us at Indwell events like banquets, groundbreakings, openings, and other celebrations. You will also receive our quarterly newsletter. We encourage you to be an active partner!

Homelessness and a lack of affordable housing are complicated and troubling problems facing our communities. We are grateful that these Agents for Hope are supporting Indwell with every sale they make.

Indwell is a charitable organization with a 45-year history of creating affordable housing communities that support people seeking health, wellness, and belonging. Indwell provides hope and homes to some of the most marginalized members of our communities. We have over 600 tenants in Hamilton, Woodstock, Simcoe, and London, and are developing new communities in Mississauga and Waterloo Region.
