Help Tenants Get Out and About
Lack of transportation can be a barrier to get to appointments and participate in community activities. Sometimes, a taxi ride is the only realistic way to get to a doctor’s office, clinic or hospital. In other cases, we’d like to go on a community outing that’s not accessible on regular transit hours and routes.
Funds a transportation allowance for the following programs: Dogwood Suites in Simcoe, Hambleton Hall in Simcoe, Robert Kerr Manor in Cambridge, Weber Street Apartments in Waterloo, Railway City Lofts in St. Thomas, Blossom Park Apartments & Townhomes in Woodstock, and Harvey Woods Lofts in Woodstock

Your giving will equip our programs and staff with the resources to support tenants on their journey toward wellness. This includes wraparound housing support tailored to the needs of every tenant.
